HSCS Faculty/Staff Auction Donations

Please consider sharing your time and talents as auction items for our Gala on February 14, 2026. These priceless offerings are always a favorite. Our families love to bid on items from you!

In addition to experiences (Teacher for a Day, Craft Day with Your Teacher, etc), we welcome donations of any special skills or hobbies you’d love to showcase. Examples: freshly baked goods delivered to a family’s home or a donated piece of your artwork.

To help families know exactly what they’re bidding on, please be as specific as possible. A few reminders:

• Clearly outline any parameters (e.g., “Must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance,” “Not available on Sundays,” etc.)

• Items/experiences may not be redeemed on half days or PD days

• All experiences must be redeemed by the end of the school year
